Shipping Methods

I prepare orders on Mondays and ship on Tuesdays by USPS Priority Mail.  Most orders received by noon on Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday, unless Monday is a US Postal Holiday (then I have a holiday, too!), in which case your order will be shipped on Wednesday. I base the shipping fee on the dollar amount of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because of the nature of soap as a personal use product, I cannot accept used product for exchange. I will be most happy to accept unused product in its original packaging for exchange or refund, less shipping and handling fees. Orders paid by cash or check will be refunded by check. Orders paid by charge card will be credited to the account used for purchase.
